It´s a busy night in labyrinthine Valparaíso streets.
Pato, a young punk artist along with his friends Natacha and Hongo, finishes a graffiti in one of the city hills. That night, old Charly, a popular homeless friend of the youngsters, is brutally murdered.
The police are on alert; the crime adds to some strange disappearances of people who deambulate at night. The three friends are witnesses to one of those disappearances: while escorting Pato's ex-girlfriend Ámbar, they see how Helga, a sinister woman escorted by two thugs, kidnaps a prostitute and escapes in a black van.
The group tries to defend her in combat but they fail and get arrested by the police. Rodríguez, a bigoted policeman, unfairly involves them with the homeless crime. He warns them that they will be summoned to testify and locks them in a cell. Next to them, a junky distraught hobo tells the trio how he witnessed Charly’s murder: He was burned by that woman and her goons. When the friends are released they set out to prove their innocence. In a small vehicle they begin to patrol the streets looking for the black van. Everything gets more complicated next day when Pato discovers that Ámbar has also been kidnapped by Helga. Through an information network they found the black van, follow it and arrive at a sinister mansion on the outskirts of the city.
At the misterious place the three friends embark on a suicide mission to rescue Ámbar, unveiling the mystery behind the dangerous woman and facing the terrible Dr. Helmut, a long-lived Nazi scientist who performs cruel experiments on people with horrifying results. Pato, Ámbar, Natacha and Hongo will live an adventure that will change their lives forever.
